Sicilian Sea Salt

Gourmet Italia sea salt is obtained from the evaporation of sea water, in an ecologically protected zone in Sicily. Hand processed, following a 2000 years tradition, it does not contain additives anti-agglomerates or insoluble residues and is naturally white. All the minerals found in sodium chloride and numerous other trace minerals are preserved. It has the perfect balance of mineral salt because it contains less sodium chloride and more potassium and magnesium than “industrial” table salt. It is more soluble than normal salts it easily dissolves into food to enhance flavorings.

STORAGE: Sea Salt has unlimited shelf life, but it better to store it in a dry place.
