Organic Tomato Sauce

The unmistacable taste of  organic Italian sun ripened tomatoes.  Again, you need the "terroir".  I come for northern Italy, where we have wonderful apples and white grapes as good as in the Champagne region.  However, only southern Italy has the right terroir for tomatoes.   That's  why we get them from there.  Tasting is believing.
