Gourmet Italia pasta is made with only two ingredients:  the finest amber durum wheat and spring water from the Dolomite Mountains. Our pasta is produced in the heart of the fairy tale Valle di Fiemme,  at the base of the  magnificent Mountain range of the Dolomites.
